چکیده
Maritime safety is an ongoing process in shipping that constantly being improved by the modernization of equipment and constant improvements operators’ procedures training. However, human error remains a significant factor maritime accidents, as it contributes to 75% incidents. Addressing this problem, current paper shows proof principal for on-board fire monitoring extinguishing software agents may be used upgrade present systems contribute autonomous ship design. Agent technology engages detection firefighting while minimizing intervention will reduce risks increase safety.

Agent-Based Approach for Ship Damage Control
We here introduce a Multi-Agent System (MAS) approach for solving the crew resources assignment problem whenever a ship, under attack, suffers several damages and, thus, priorities must be assigned in order for it to survive. In the designed system, the ship is the MAS environment and the attacker, equipment, crew and officers (these last ones seen as decision makers) are represented through ag...
متن کاملModel based ISAR ship classification
This paper presents an investigation of ISAR image classification based on a comparison of range-Doppler imagery to 3D ship reference models. This comparison is performed in the image domain by estimating the motion of a sequency of ISAR images, generating 3D reference models corresponding to the same motion and matching the models with the given ISAR images. The effect of estimation error in t...
متن کاملAn Agent Based Classification Model
The major function of this model is to access the UCI Wisconsin Breast Cancer data-set[1] and classify the data items into two categories, which are normal and anomalous. This kind of classification can be referred as anomaly detection, which discriminates anomalous behaviour from normal behaviour in computer systems. One popular solution for anomaly detection is Artificial Immune Systems (AIS)...
متن کاملmortality forecasting based on lee-carter model
over the past decades a number of approaches have been applied for forecasting mortality. in 1992, a new method for long-run forecast of the level and age pattern of mortality was published by lee and carter. this method was welcomed by many authors so it was extended through a wider class of generalized, parametric and nonlinear model. this model represents one of the most influential recent d...
